Most recently, Vertec completed new construction of a 44,000 SF building consisting of 56 one-bedroom apartments for seniors, funded solely by public sources. Vertec has provided strong leadership in balancing cost control with design goals and project schedules. Vertec’s Project Manager and Superintendent have been outstanding, collaborating well with our architect and clerk of the works to solve logistical issues in the field, and limiting additional costs.
