Geneva Avenue, Dorchester

This HUD-MHFA Demonstration/Disposition Project consisted of 47 housing units including a commmunity center. The scope of work required demolition of 9 existing masonry structures, while retaining portions of the existing foundations. The buildings are of panelized wood frame construction. A combination of townhouses, duplexes and flats make up this affordable housing community.
