Adaptive re-use of this historically significant building includes a gut re-habilitation to the former Girl's Latin Academy Gymnasium/Auditorium building (28 apts.) along with (7) large classrooms converted into (7) apartments in the main building, for a total of (35) units of affordable housing and a new 2 story parking garage. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The work includes demolition, site work, foundations, mechanical and electrical work.
