$2.8 million project. Renovation to 37 units and management office. This project consisted of major interior demolition to all units including asbestos and lead abatement. The units received new kitchens, bathrooms and sprinkler system. The exteriors of the units were remodeled including new utilities, site work, masonry, windows, roofing and landscaping.
