Contractor/developer William C. Faradie, Jr. acquired this high profile, commercially-zoned property located along Belmont Street, Brockton, between Route 24 and the Brockton-Easton town line.

Vertec's conceptual development plan called for the construction of a 33,000 s.f. office building, offering first class office space at 1300 Belmont Street, Belmont West Office Park.

The concrete and steel frame building structure has many attractive features, including an all-brick facade along with a three-story atrium, polished granite floors, and an outside terrace on the third floor. Vertec's design/build team received a commendation from the mayor of Brockton for this significant accomplishment.

Belmont West Office Park has passed the test of time with 1300 Belmont Street at full occupancy, leasing all space in the building to nationally known tenants well into the 21^st century.
