This Construction Management project was awarded to Vertec Corp. though a competitive presentation procedure and consisted of a new 65,000 s.f. supermarket with an attached 11,000 s.f. retail space.

The 76,000 sq. ft. facility was completed on schedule within the aggressive 26 week time frame. The project started in July and completed for a Grand Opening in January.
